RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Arena The Label

We hope you love your order. Please note that Arena The Label does not offer refunds.
We accept exchanges or store credit only, requested within 15 days of purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 15 days from the purchase date

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and unperfumed

  • All original tags and hygiene liners must be attached

  • Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchange or store credit

SWIMWEAR POLICY

For hygiene reasons:

  • Swimwear is eligible only if all hygiene stickers and liners remain fully intact

  • Any swimwear returned without hygiene protection will be refused

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be exchanged or credited:

  • Final Sale items

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

  • Accessories or personal items

STORE CREDIT

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue

  • Store credit can be used exclusively on arenathelabel.com

  • Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested exchange is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead

SHIPPING & FEES

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Arena The Label is not responsible for lost or delayed returns

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are inspected before shipping.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Claims must be approved before an exchange or store credit is issued.
