We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.


Domestic & International Shipping

  • Arena The Label ships within the United States and to select international destinations.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Shipping Delays

Arena The Label is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are outside of our control.


Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • Arena The Label is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping fees.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Arena The Label is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

  • Please contact us immediately if you believe there is an error with your order.
