5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Arena The Label does not offer refunds.

  • Exchanges or store credit may be requested within 15 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Store Credit

  • Store credit is issued at our discretion.

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Product descriptions take precedence over images.
